These Terms and Conditions apply to direct bookings for apartments and camping stays at Apartments Panorama Grebaštica.

1. Booking

A booking inquiry by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp is not yet binding.
A direct booking becomes binding only after:

• our confirmation of availability and price, and
• payment of a 30% deposit.

If the deposit is not paid on time, we may cancel the reservation.

2. Payment

For direct bookings, a 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
The remaining amount must be paid before or upon arrival, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellation

Cancellation must be made in writing by e-mail or message.

For direct bookings:

• up to 60 days before arrival: cancellation is possible, but the 30% deposit is non-refundable,
• from 59 days before arrival: 100% of the total booking price is due and non-refundable.

This also applies in case of late cancellation, shortened stay, late arrival or no-show.

4. No-show

If the guest does not arrive on the agreed arrival date without prior written cancellation, the booking is considered a no-show.
In this case, 100% of the total booking price remains due and is non-refundable.

5. Third-party platforms

If a booking is made via Booking.com or another third-party platform, the terms and cancellation conditions of that platform apply.

6. Check-in and check-out

• Check-in: from 15:00
• Check-out: until 11:00

Guests are kindly asked to inform us in advance about their expected arrival time.

7. Guest obligations

Guests must provide correct booking information, follow house rules, treat the accommodation and its inventory with care, and avoid disturbing other guests or neighbors.

Only the number of guests confirmed in the booking may stay in the accommodation or use the camping pitch, unless agreed otherwise in advance.

8. Pets, smoking and special rules

Pets, smoking or other special conditions are allowed only if expressly agreed in advance or stated for the specific accommodation or camping pitch.

9. Complaints

If there is any problem during your stay, please inform us immediately so that we can try to resolve it as quickly as possible.

10. Liability

We are liable in accordance with applicable mandatory law.
We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as weather conditions, external disturbances, or loss of personal belongings, unless required by law.

11. No statutory right of withdrawal

For accommodation and camping services booked for specific dates, there is no statutory right of withdrawal, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version valid at the time of booking shall apply.

Language and Translation

The website may be made available in multiple languages for convenience.
In the event of discrepancies, inconsistencies or translation errors, the English version of these Terms and related booking conditions shall prevail.
